From a young age, I was always drawn to Construction. My father worked in construction, and I worked various construction jobs through high school. I loved the problem-solving and teambuilding aspect of projects. I realized that I had a special knack for building, high-performing teams and relationships of trust.
There’s propelled my early professional construction experience to the top. I started off working as an estimator, superintendent and project manager. As a project manager, I managed many large and complex projects. Projects that required a high level of attention to detail.
I realize that my ability to manage projects was unique, and that it was a skill that was beyond something that was learned that I was blessed from the Lord God, Almighty, Jehovah. I realize that I could market myself in a way that resonated with others, and gave them the sense of peace that they needed to trust me with their project.
I have a pretty extensive résumé on different levels of projects, but I don’t know how much of that you wanna include in this let me know
